Scope and Acceptance

Access to and use of the Website and/or the purchase of products implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Shipping Policy, the Returns Policy, and the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Pre-Contractual Information

Before confirming the order, the user will be shown:

the steps of the purchase process,
a cart summary with total costs,
available payment methods,
the possibility to correct errors.

After completing the payment, VoaRoots will send an order confirmation by email.

Legal Capacity and Account

The user declares that they are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, or are accompanied by an adult if they are a minor.
Account details must be true, complete, and up to date. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Products, Prices, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties outside the EU are calculated and displayed before payment.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; the product descriptions shall prevail.

Availability and Errors

All orders are subject to availability.
In the event of out-of-stock items or an obvious error in price or description, we will contact the customer to offer:

a replacement at no additional cost,
waiting for restocking, or
a full refund.

Payment Methods and Security

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (SSL).
Anti-fraud checks may be carried out. Ownership of the product is transferred upon full payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, costs, geographic scope, and transfer of risk are governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, as detailed in the Returns Policy.
Return costs, size exchange conditions, and the full procedure are regulated in that policy.

Legal Warranty of Conformity

All new products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery against lack of conformity.
The claims procedure is detailed in the Returns Policy.
No second-hand products are sold.

Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the Website lawfully and respectfully.
Any use for fraudulent purposes, identity impersonation, transmission of malware, or spam is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All Website content (trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, photographs, products, etc.) is the property of VoaRoots or third parties under license.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Reviews and User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews or content, the user grants VoaRoots a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate such content.
Illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

VoaRoots shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions beyond its control (force majeure, third-party outages, technical incidents).
Nothing in this clause limits the non-waivable rights of consumers.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseeable or unavoidable events (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, network outages, emergency regulations).

Amendment of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force shall be the one published on the Website at the time of purchase.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer’s place of residence in Spain.
If you act as a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
