What is the delivery time?
The total delivery time includes preparation (24 working hours) + transport .

- Europe: 1–7 days depending on the country

- Domestic shipping for orders under €100 , from €6.95

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries and some non-EU destinations. For shipments outside the EU, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. See the Shipping Policy for zones and rates.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Exchanges and returns
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt. Full terms and conditions are available in the Returns Policy .
Are there any costs associated with returns?
- If the error is ours (defective or incorrect product): free .
- First size exchange free .
- Due to personal decision or other unjustified cases: expenses to be borne by the client .
How can I return a product?
- Write to us at clientes@voaroots.com indicating your order number and reason.
- We will send you instructions and the return label.
Important: We do not accept returns without prior request.
When will I receive my refund?
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive and verify the product. The refund will be issued via the same payment method .
I received a defective or incorrect product, what do I do?
Email us at clientes@voaroots.com with photos of the product . We will process the exchange or refund free of charge.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure gateways ( SSL ) and we do not store full card details.

Barefoot shoes (minimalist footwear) and health
What are barefoot shoes?
Barefoot or minimalist footwear mimics the natural shape of the foot: it's flexible, flat ( zero drop ), with a wide toe box and no excessive cushioning. It allows the foot to move freely and naturally, as if barefoot, but with protection.
What are the benefits of using barefoot walking?
- They strengthen the muscles and joints of the foot
- They improve posture and balance
- They increase sensory perception and connection with the ground
- They help reduce discomfort from narrow or high-heeled shoes
Is it normal to feel discomfort at first?
Yes. During the adaptation period, you may notice tension in the soles of your feet, calves, or insteps. We recommend a gradual transition: alternate barefoot with your usual footwear until you feel completely comfortable.
Are they recommended for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or bunions?
Every case is different. Barefoot walking can help regain mobility and strength , but the transition should be gradual. If you have a specific medical condition, consult a specialist.
How do I make a safe transition to barefoot walking?
- Start by walking 30–60 minutes a day

How to choose the right size?
Take your most comfortable shoe and measure the inside of the sole from heel to toe. Then consult the size guide specific to each model.
What do I do if the shoe doesn't fit?
You can request a size exchange within 14 calendar days. See the Returns Policy for details.
Can I wear barefoot shoes without socks?
Yes. Our materials are designed to be worn with or without socks: choose according to your comfort.
Care and durability
How do I clean my barefoot shoes?

Are they water resistant?
