Order Preparation

Order preparation time is up to 24 business hours from payment confirmation.

Total delivery time = preparation + transport.

Transport times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, logistical incidents, or force majeure.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Mainland Spain

  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

  • Orders under €100 → €6.95.

  • Estimated delivery time: 24–48 business hours.

Portugal

  • Orders under €100 → €9.90.

  • Orders over €100 → €3.00.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days.

Balearic Islands

  • Mallorca: €14.90 · 48–72 hours

  • Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera: €18.90 · 48–72 hours

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Canary Islands (main islands): €24.90 · 48–72 hours

  • Canary Islands (other islands): €26.90 · 48–96 hours

  • Ceuta and Melilla: €44.90 · delivery time subject to customs procedures

These destinations may generate customs duties, local taxes, and additional handling fees, which shall always be borne by the customer.

Europe

  • Zone A (Germany, France, Italy, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City): €13.90 · 1–3 days

  • Zone B (Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg): €13.90 · 2–3 days

  • Zone C (Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary): €17.90 · 2–4 days

  • Zone D (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland): €23.90 · 3–5 days

  • Zone E (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Norway, Serbia): €28.90 · 4–7 days

  • Zone F (Cyprus, Malta): €39.90 · 5–7 days

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or tariffs shall be borne by the customer in accordance with applicable regulations.

Delivery Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

We make up to two delivery attempts and always inform the customer so they can modify the delivery date or address if necessary.

A delivery is considered completed when the order is made available to the customer at the indicated address.

Delays will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available within the delivery timeframe but could not be delivered due to absence or incorrect address.

Failed Deliveries and Returns

If the customer is absent, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collection.

If delivery cannot be completed within 5 business days, the order may be returned to origin.

In such cases, return and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery.

If any damage or signs of tampering are detected, this must be reported to VoaRoots as soon as possible.

Special Orders Coverage

For bulky orders or special shipping conditions, we will contact the customer before proceeding with shipment.
