Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

At VoaRoots Barefoot Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you wish to change a size, return a product, or request a refund, you will find all the conditions and steps to follow below.

1. Return Period

The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.
The deadline shall be deemed met if the customer communicates the request before the expiration of this period.

2. Size Exchanges

The first size exchange is completely free of charge, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned with its original box.
There is no issue in requesting a first exchange if the size is not suitable.

If more than one size exchange is required for the same order, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. General Conditions

The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with its original box, accessories, labels, and packaging intact.
Returns of products that are used, damaged, washed, altered, or without their original packaging will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, returns of socks or toe separators are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

4. Return or Exchange Procedure

Please contact us at: clientes@voaroots.com, indicating:

Order number
Full name
Reason for the request
Photographs, if applicable

We will send you the return instructions and the return label.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, we will process the refund, size exchange, or shipment of a new product, as applicable.

⚠️ Returns or exchanges sent without prior request will not be accepted.

5. Return Costs

If the reason is attributable to VoaRoots (manufacturing defect, transport damage, or incorrect product shipped), the return costs will be borne by us.
If the reason is attributable to the customer (change of mind, size return after the first exchange, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The exact amount will be indicated during the process.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
In partial returns, only the amount corresponding to the returned product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, if applicable.
The time for the refund to appear will depend on the banking institution and payment system.

7. Exclusions

We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union, nor from islands or fiscally excluded territories within the EU.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the order without providing any justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within the established period by following the procedure described in this policy.

In withdrawals, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to VoaRoots.
