Subscription and Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-order purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and the delivery frequency you select.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or not yet available, and therefore not yet in inventory.

We may either not charge any payment, or charge a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and charge the full payment or remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared.
If the order has already been prepared, you may not cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund.
